SLEEPBOX allows use of cheap unfurbished open spaces, as shown on the image. Hostel can be opened even in a basement or warehouse. Each unit has perfect heat insulation. If attached to the centralized ventilation system with air conditioning (heating/cooling), temperature outside the unit may vary significantly still maintaining comfortable +20 °C inside. Thus, no more need for thorough air conditioning in all premises. Just imagine – you can open an up to 60 beds design hostel on just 200 m2 of the city’s cheapest area!
